  Ratatouille Competition

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or older, except employees of Argos, TCA, Disney and their immediate families, agents, affiliates or anyone involved with the competition.
4. To enter the competition you will be asked to fill in the correct answer to the question & provide your name and email address.
5. The competition ends on the 17th October 2007.
6. 1 winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries and will win a trip to Paris for a family of four. This will include:
   
   • EUROSTAR: Includes return Eurostar from London's Waterloo Station to Paris.
   • TRANSFERS: Includes transfers from train station/hotel/train station on arrival and departure in Paris.
   • NOVOTEL PARIS TOUR EIFFEL HOTEL: The Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel hotel is located in front of the Seine river, a short stroll from the Eiffel Tower and from Mirabeau Bridge. Entirely renovated in 2003, The hotel features 2 restaurants (French and Japanese) and a fitness centre with swimming pool. Our winners' room comes complete with cable/satellite TV, air conditioning, mini bar, hair dryer and alarm clock. Our winning Ratatouille family will stay for three nights/four full days on a bed and continental breakfast basis.
   • THE EIFFEL TOWER, PARIS: A trip to Paris would not be complete without a trip to the Eiffel Tower. At 300 meters (320.75m including antenna), and 7000 tons, it was the world's tallest building until 1930.
   • CATHEDRAL NOTRE-DAME DE PARIS: Our winning Ratatouille family will visit this masterpiece of gothic architecture. They will view the treasures of Notre-Dame including jewellery, sculptures, paintings, furniture, literature, medals and fantastic stained-glass windows.
7. Winners must give at least 30 days notice prior to requested departure date.
8. Travel is subject to availability and does not include Christmas, Easter or peak summer.
9. Winners must make their own way to and from their respective homes to London Waterloo.
10. Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those travelling are not changeable.
11. The prize must be taken within 12 months of prize notification.
12. Winners are responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, not listed as part of the prize package above.
13. Winners must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize holiday.
14. Winners must be in possession of any applicable visas.
15. Travel insurance is included, if purchased.
16. The winning entry will be selected by an independent judge and the judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. The winner will be notified via e-mail or telephone within 28 days of the competition closing date & they will be required to provide the promoter with the postal address where they would like the prize delivered
18. No cash alternatives will be substituted for the prize. The promoter reserves the right to substitute items/activities of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it
19. Use of a false name or address will disqualify any applicant from receiving the prize
20. The winner may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the promoter
